Adolescent Health and Well-being Program
A multidomain program based on WHO, PMNCH and United Nations H6+Technical Working Group on Adolescent Health and Well-being Framework (PMNCH, WHO 2023). The AWF defines well-being as “Adolescents have support, confidence and resources to thrive in context of secure and healthy relationships, realizing their full potential and rights.” This program is underpinned by 5 interconnected domains of Agency and Resilience; Safety and Supportive Environment; Good Health and Optimum Nutrition; Connectedness and Contribution to Society; Learning, Education ,Skills and Employability.
Holistic Youth Well-being program
Our Youth Well-being Program supports holistic well-being of young people in the ages 18-24 years .The research based curricula aims to foster understanding and importance of 8 dimensions of well-being; namely mental, relational, emotional, physical, academic , vocational, financial and economic well-being among youth, thereby equipping them with the knowledge and skills for rational decision making, career explorations and career planning and also understanding of eudaimonic and hedonic constructs of psychological well-being for stable relationships , fulfillment of true potentials and purposeful existence.
School Well-being Program
The School Well-being program is an evidence based curriculum to promote social, emotional, mental, physical, digital and academic well-being among students. Research has shown that student well-being is vital for learning and academic achievement (Clarks, 2020). The systematic review found strong international evidence that whole-school approaches to promoting wellbeing can positively affect academic attainment as well as mental health, self esteem , motivation and creativity (Lindorff ,2020).
Mighty Minds Program
Mighty minds is a research based program to support cognitive, social and emotional development of children in ages 5-10 years. This program integrates cognitive and affective domains of development in children and is grounded in developmental theories and its applications. Using experiential learning methodologies, the children learn and develop self awareness, social awareness, peer interactional skills, assertiveness, goal setting, self regulation, learning and memory techniques, communication skills and emotions understanding and regulation. Our unique modules namely ; Cognitive Dynamos, Mighty Me, Micro Managers, Mini Achievers, Problem Solvers, Assertive Superman/ SuperGirl, Unique Me, Dreamers , Brain boosters and Social Boosters are hugely popular with children.
