Dr Gurpreet Kaur Sandhu is the Consultant Developmental Psychologist at CAYW Collaborative with specialization in Counselling of adolescent and young people. She has over 24 years of experience in Academic Teaching, Research, Advocacy, Counselling & Programs in Higher Education in India. She is a Partner for Change on the Digital Advocacy Hubs of PMNCH, the largest alliance for women’s, children’s and adolescent’s health and well-being, based in Geneva. She spearheaded the Youth Engagement from Punjab in 1.8 Billion Young People for Change Multi-Year Campaign, hosted by WHO. She is a University Gold Medalist in MA Psychology and is also UGC-NET Qualified. Dr Sandhu holds a Doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Punjabi University Patiala, India. Dr Sandhu is an International Affiliate member of American Psychological Association and The International Association for Adolescent Health and committee member of International adolescent Health Week 2025

Dr Akanksha has over 10 years of academic teaching experience in Higher Education and an outstanding research portfolio with several publications in national and international journals. Dr Akanksha is UGC-NET qualified and holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology , Patiala, India.
Shruti Malhotra is the Child and Adolescent Psychologist and a Positive Psychology Practitioner at CAYW Collaborative with 16 years of experience in conducting programs and workshops for children , adolescent and parents. Shruti is a digital content creator and a online educator. Shruti is a positive parenting practitioner and has authored a book on positive parenting” Raising Majestic Kids ” A Proactive Approach to Parenting. Shruti Malhotra is a MA in Psychology from Punjab University Chandigarh, India and is also UGC-NET qualified . She also holds a MBA-HRM from ICFAI University, India.

Dr Jasvinder Sidhu is the Computer and Information Manager with CAYW Collaborative . Dr Jasvinder Sidhu has 20 years of experience in academic teaching and research in Higher Education in India. She is Master’s in Computer Science and is UCG-NET qualified. She is certified in Network Centered Computing and has expertise in programming languages ; C, C++, Core Java ,Advance Java and Web-designing. Dr J Sidhu also holds a Doctorate in Computer Science in E-Governance and Health Care Services.

Amandeep Kaur is the Positive Psychologist with CAYW Collaborative. Amandeep has 8 years of experience teaching in postgraduate and undergraduate psychology programs at colleges in Punjab, India. She is MSc and MPhil in Psychology from Punjabi University, Patiala, India, and is also UGC-NET qualified. Her core areas are psychometrics, personality assessment ,emotional health , resilence and internet addiction.
Varleen Kaur is the Child and Adolescent Counselor with CAYW Collaborative, where she leads trainings, conducts workshops, and group/individual counselling sessions. Varleen is a trained counselor with two years of experience in individual and group counselling of children and adolescents in schools in Punjab. Her specializations include Behavior and Humanistic therapies. She also has 2 years of experience in teaching psychology to high school students of the CBSE Curriculum. A Master’s Degree holder in Psychology from Punjabi University Patiala, she has also qualified for the UGC NET examination for eligibility for the Ph.d programs in India.
